• Should have worked as a Business Analyst in the last 6 years of with digital banking, cash management, payments and/or Trade Finance domains experience
• Ideal candidate should have good exposure to Consumer/Retail Banking/Transaction Banking/Cash Management/Payments/Trade Finance
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
