Job Scope:

1. Vendor Invoice Management

- Timely and accurately processing of VIM invoices

- Follow-up with buyers if there is any vendor not registered in SAP

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements. Work closely with QA team to provide requirements for automated testing.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycles. Work closely with the Program Management team to ensure deadlines are adhered and issues escalated in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance or Accounting.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret data from various sources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and tools such Azure DevOps and Jira is a plus
• Knowledge in physical and financial commodities trading for metals is of advantage but at least understanding the trade life cycle for: oil, ags, liquids, gas, or power
• Proven record of implementing systems like: Allegro, Aspect, Openlink, RightAngle or Triple Point (CXL) 
• Solid understanding of interface design and mapping processes between systems

Job Description

• Responsible for reviewing the original invoices and accounting vouchers in compliance with Hotel’s standards;
• Ensure monthly bank settlement, petty cash reimbursement and checking cash on hand and bank deposits regularly for reconciliation;
• Regularly check on supplier's accounts and be responsible for accounts receivable and expedite payment;
• Prepare GST report for Regional Finance Manager review;
• Responsible in supporting relevant documents and answering queries during annual audit;
• Prepare for Monthly Inventory report;

Job Requirements

• University degree or possess a relevant Certificate in Finance / Accountancy;
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Hospitality industry is preferred;
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details;
• Experience in handle full sets of accounts
• Proficient with both main languages in Spore to meet business needs and familiar with written business as well;
• Ability to work independently, has good initiative and team work spirit;

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for month end closing (i.e. preparation of reporting pack – Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Note to Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet) and audit schedules
• Prepare bank reconciliation, intercompany recharge and reconciliation, journal entries for accrual and prepayment during month end
• Assist in monthly management reporting and budget
• Handle Statistic surveys as and when required.
• Any other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience of handling full sets of account independently
• Proficient in SAP system and MS office skills (Excel)
