This position entails all trade finance operations, ensuring seamless execution of transactions related to Letters of Credit, export documents, freight loans, trust receipts, and other trade finance activities. Responsibilities:

1. Handling Letters of Credit:

· Review and process Letters of Credit, ensuring compliance with all relevant terms.

6. Negotiation of Shipping Documents:

· Liaise with banks for the negotiation of shipping documents.

7. Maintenance of MIS:

· Maintain accurate records of Letters of Credit- related transactions.

8. Coordination with Buyers and Suppliers:

· Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth processing of Letters of Credit and resolve any related issues.

9. Additional Duties:

· Undertake any other trade finance- related tasks and projects assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the commodities trading industry.
• In- depth knowledge of international trade regulations, UCP600, and incoterms.
