Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision and resource planning of the Credit Review Group(CRG).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 10-15 years’ experience in the areas of credit risk analysis, credit approval and/or credit review function. Audit experience in a leadership capacity would be an added advantage.
• Excellent and extensive knowledge in credit risk analysis, financial analysis/projections and credit rating models across Large Corporates, Structured Real Estate finance, Project Finance, Securitization, LBO and/or Banks/Non-Banks Financial Institutions.

Job Description

About the Role

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / currently pursuing ACCA
• 5 years of experience in Accounting

1. Responsible for full set of accounts, including timely submission of management accounts.

2. Prepare financial reports including schedules and cash flow to support key business decision making.

3. Partner internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate forecasts and budgets.

4. Prepare audit and tax schedules and liaise with auditor and tax agent for statutory reporting.

5. Manage intercompany reconciliation.

6. Quarterly submission of GST and other statutory reporting as required.

7. Support system implementation / improvements.

8. Support external and internal audits.

9. Preparation of financial statement for 2 entities.

10. Responsible for submission of financial reporting to regional HQ and HQ.

11. Other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Big Four global accounting firms will be preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic BC is added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good understanding of the FRS and relevant Accounting Standards, GST and local tax.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence internal and external stakeholder.
• Adopts an open mindset to drive continuous improvement.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates who has experience working in the construction industry will be preferred.

Deliverables/Business Partnering 

• Work closely with regional, local, JV & HQ teams and develop excellent knowledge of KENZO SEA local markets operating environments  

• Operational tasks including order processing, monthly closing, periodic sales performance, etc 

• Deliver timely, accurate & qualitative communication of Kenzo SG books and business performance 

• Support consolidation, analysis, and reporting of the brands’ performance.  

Actuals 

• Maintain day to day operation of the brand. 

• Analyze overall delivery of company financial targets on a regular basis & report to the business with recommendations as necessary including P&Ls and Cash flow drivers (stocks, capex, etc.) 

• Assist to analyze the business risk and preparation of back-up plan for business target achievement 

• Prepare monthly analysis of the main Key performance indicators (sales, P&L, DOI, Stock in trade, Capex..) in accordance with brand management needs 

• Handle local reports requested by the regional and HQ teams 

Forecasts (Budget, Revision, Landing, …) 

• Prepare budget and revisions in accordance with parent company requirements and timetable, working with the local management and finance teams to gather information in a timely and accurate way 

• Maintain cost control responsibility; provide relevant reports and rationale, with recommended action plans to the business for tight budget control  

• Support the brand in preparing the 3 years long-term strategy plan 

Ad hoc Analyses & Projects 

• Prepare/review the investments requests 

• Provide analytical support to cross-function initiatives and ad hoc projects 

• Participate in new markets opening preparation, simulations and operations 

• Continually seek to improve processing efficiency and accounting/controlling capabilities of the company 

• Participate in the implementation of finance / IT projects for the accounting/controlling functions 

• Reinforce internal control requirements and implement procedures as necessary.  

Responsibilities

• Review operational risk incidents and assess quality, validitiy and effectiveness of preventive measures put up by APD Offices.
• Manage issues and queries related to HO rules from internal counterparts and providing resolution promptly.
• Lead or support OPG assigned adhoc projects/ initiatives related to enhancement of internal controls or improve efficiency of internal process.
• Handle queries and participate in discussions related to audit and/or regulatory topics in nature.
• Coordinate recovery efforts and execution of drill plans with stakeholders during system incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in incident management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL), root cause analysis methodologies, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in incident management tools and software.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, conduct in depth reviews and risk assessments, identify critical issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively and presenting to senior stakeholders

What is your mission?

• Check, match purchase order / requisition to purchase invoice and DO.
• Perform data entry of invoice documents into the accounting system.
• Ensure proper approval obtained before payment.
• Check and process employees' expense claims. Ensure claims are within company guidelines.
• Maintain proper records & supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, audit schedules.
• Assist in intercompany billings.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audit queries.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
