The role is responsible for handling of Private Banking Loan documentation with a secondary role in processing Corporate and Private Banking loans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and checking of Private Banking loan documentation as the primary role, with secondary role handling and checking Private Banking loans and Corporate Banking Loans.
• Experience in PB documentation is essential.
• Follow-up with relationship managers/legal counsel on outstanding documentation and condition subsequent
• Perform UAT testing
• Liaise with Bank’s external solicitors on various matters including non-standard form facility and security documents
• Daily MER Report Monitoring and escalate to relevant Department should there be any breach.
• Carry out other duties as and when assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ related working experience within the Banking industry, particularly in PB loans documentation specifically in insurance and mortgage documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of loans, remittances, and operation of accounts
• Processing of bilateral and syndicated loan drawdown and rollover requests
• Monitoring of accrual and amortization of fees income on loans and securities
• Payment maker and periodic updates
• Provides quality customer services
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree with minimum 3years' experience of loans operations / settlement / remittance in Corporate Banking
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
