Job Description
1. Manage payment and settlement products, including remittance, cheques, cashier's orders, foreign drafts, foreign currency exchange, gold savings and other gold-related products.
2. Conduct regular market research to continually improve existing business processes and increase the attractiveness of product offerings.
3. Provide branch trainings, assist to resolve branch feedback and enquiries and resolve customer complaints on the above-mentioned products and services.
4. Manage customer groups, formulate and optimise policies and procedures related to the management of customer-specific pricing parameters.
5.Collaborate with corporate banking department to provide batch account opening and personal salary crediting services for company employees.
6. Assist with the preparation and submission of business data and reports.
7. Other tasks and duties as assigned.
8. Achieve the department business targets for settlement products.

Education:Degree and above
Professional Qualifications, Certifications: None
Relevant Working Experience: 3 years and above
Competency: Communication and coordination skills
Language Proficiency: Oral and written communication in both English and Mandarin
