Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).

Role & Responsibilities:

You are a key financial leader within an organization responsible for overseeing and strategically managing the company's financial operations to ensure its financial health and success. You will act as a bridge between financial data and business decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to guide the company's strategic direction. You will be the bridge between several business units under the Far East Flora Group, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer to enhance the work processes and improve productivity for all the BU’s accounting department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Responsible for fit & proper assessment applicable to the appointment of representatives under Representative Notification Framework (RNF) within agreed timeline, which includes:conducting fit and proper assessment on each candidate

The Training & Competency Team is responsible for the competencies and due diligence monitoring of sales process and supervisory duties of our tied sales force, including provision of shared services to the Income Advisory Group (IAG) set-up. The Training & Competency (T&C) Team reports to the Head of Distribution Talent Centre, led by a Team Lead.

Description

He/she will be part of the Training & Competency Team, and is responsible in the enhancement of end-to-end business processes on the sales submission tool/system, with focus on sales advisory process, undertaking the following:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements relating to sales advisory process and the e-submission flow.
• Liaising between IT teams and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories that are actionable for development teams.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including user story development, specifications, workflows. and user manuals
• Write clear, concise, and well-defined user stories that capture business requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure user stories include acceptance criteria, defining the scope and expected behavior of features.
• Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to refine and validate user stories throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user manuals for IAGSS/ DTC / Training & Competency

• Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, etc.).
