Job Responsibilies:

Pre-Project Capability Assessment & Transformation Planning

• Perform “As-Is” Capability Assessment, Analyse, Define and document the “To-Be” operational capabilities in line with the strategic direction.
• Identify and document the opportunity for Digital Servicing, Productivity improvements using Lean principles/straight through processing and Data Driven Actionable Insights.

Requirements Analysis & Elicitation

• Collaborate with BU Specialists to elicit and review business requirements.
• Analyse and document the "to be" business and operations processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment.
• Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements based on business requirements.
• Identify value based & outcome driven requirements and manage risks through prioritization.
• Write business functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan.

Team Collaboration

• Transition functional and non-functional requirements to System Analysts, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Work with Test Manager to translate business requirements into test scenarios.
• Facilitate / provide "Train the Trainer" on application enhancements.
• Maintain up to date knowledge base related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise).

Testing & Scope Management

• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request).
• Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request.

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong business domain knowledge in retail banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Business/ Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant banking and/or consulting experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives.

Summary

Perform account opening, KYC, periodic review and Enhanced CDD for on-boarding of PEP clients

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performing enhanced due diligence and reviews of PEP clients including Periodic Review
• Advising on compliance and regulatory issues relating to KYC.
• Liaise with internal clients like AML Front Control/Front office/ operations/external auditors and internal auditors in relation to KYC matters.
• Prepare of periodic management reports
• Ability to identify KYC issues and ensure client meets regulatory and internal requirements before account opening
• Ability to perform KYC reviews and name hits review promptly
• Assessment of risk and daily BAU KYC related matters (i.e. unblocking of transactions)

Requirement:

• 8 years of relevant experience in a Private Bank

JOB PURPOSE:

• Support role for the relationship managers

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Client onboarding and ongoing KYC : to work closely with customer, onboarding team and compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding / KYC / CDD / AML in time.

2. Client servicing: to ensure day-to-day customer queries are handled in a timely manner.

3. New business: to support the relationship managers in assessing the viability of the new transaction, in ensuring timely submission of account opening, credit proposals, deal presentation slides and manage the credit process and turnaround time. To attend roadshows and make customer visits with relationship managers

4. Ongoing account monitoring and customer relationship managing :

Be able to :

• ensure timely submission of periodically account reviews and loan reviews, conduct post-lending monitoring of approved conditions/covenants. To raise waivers arising from deviations from bank policies and approved conditions/covenants.
• develop and manage customer portfolios as well as conduct regular credit reviews to maintain healthy loan portfolios;
• visit customers periodically with RM to update the latest situations of customers and develop new business;
• implement transaction monitoring, ask customer provide transaction information or supporting documents.

5. Regulatory: to ensure regulatory checklists are completed and maintained in accordance with bank policies and requirements.

6. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by HOD and RM.
