JOB SUMMARY

• The Team Head, Insurance Sales reporting to the Head of Bancassurance will be required to work closely with Business Managers and Product Partners in delivering assigned KPIs (APE & Revenue Target). He/she will manage a team of Insurance Specialists Manager to support business segment(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

• To support the bank’s overarching Bancassurance strategy with the objective of increasing the fee based income for the assigned segments
