Risk & Control Analyst (Banking/East/1 Year Contract/Up to $6500)

• Collaborate with various technology teams in the maintenance of effective internal controls;
• Liaise with the Group Audit, Group Legal and Compliance on a regular basis;
• Support team lead to manage internal/external audit engagements;
• Raise issues/concerns, and provide constructive advice to the management so that significant IT risk and control issues are escalated and resolved properly;

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall tax compliance matters including corporate income tax, withholding tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing study and etc.
• Prepare/review the annual tax returns and ensure compliance to tax laws and regulations
• Prepare/review the monthly corporate tax provision and tax accounting reporting (ie. deferred tax computation)
• Conduct tax research and assist in identifying tax planning ideas and improvement opportunities
• Liaise with various competent authorities in respect of the tax related queries/issues & audits
• Advise and provide support as and when required on the tax compliance and implication

Requirement:
