Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide advice and implementation strategies for our clients in corporate finance matters, including fundraising projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital restructuring, and takeovers.

Structured Finance Department Asia Pacific ("SFDA") is looking for an AVP to assist senior originators in execution of lending / advisory mandates and pitches to potential customers. Roles/Responsibilities:

• Actively support more senior members of the team in originating & executing transactions
• Prepare financial proposals & presentations
• Prepare internal credit paper & support all aspects of the administration & execution of transactions from origination to drawdown
• Build, review & run sensitivities on financial model/cash flow
• Identity & monitor market developments & opportunities

Requirements
