You will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day financial activities. You will be responsible for overseeing account receivables, account payables, cash management, and various financial transactions. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work efficiently within a dynamic team.

Job Description

• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
• Review reconciliation of vendors’ statements of accounts
• Submitting GST quarterly
• Review monthly journal entries as needed
• Review monthly audit schedules
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting including operational controls and reconciliation activities by providing offshore partners with relevant policies, procedures and rules
• Review and improve internal processes where necessary
• Payroll processing
• Prepare LC and liaise with banker
• Special projects as required

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, ACCA or equivalent.
• Emotional resilience and ability to withstand pressure on an ongoing basis
• Adapts to changing work environments, work priorities and organisational needs
• Strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Dynamic, driven and always takes initiatives
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Establish controls and compliance checks on SDM processes

• Design, formulate and enforce governance & compliance process improvement.

• Conduct quality gate review for SDM major milestones (analysis, design, build, test and deployment)

• Perform walkthroughs and interviews with project and application delivery managers to drive process adherence

• Report findings and provide consulting support in ensuring compliances with procedures

• Aside from day-to-day duties, there will be requirements to undertake other responsibilities such as management reporting & other centrally driven project initiatives as needed

Key Requirements

• Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines

• At least 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT process compliance audit or Project Management

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organization and analytical skills a MUST

• Strong working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio, MS Project and SharePoint

• Prior experience in IT risk management and security will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities

§ To participate in the day-to-day monitoring, triaging, and investigating of potential suspected anomalous usage behavior alerts

§ To work with internal teams to validate alerts within stipulated SLA

§ To perform analysis on usage behavior trends to discover potentially fraudulent activities

§ To perform continuous review and improvement on current monitoring operations to enhance effectiveness of monitoring

§ Work with external partners to resolve issues or implement improvement to monitoring

§ To gain good understanding of internal business applications to be able to analyze, recognize and identify potentially anomalous activities

§ Investigate Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alerts and escalate DLP incidents in accordance to the DLP incident response and handling procedures

§ Carry out DLP System Ruleset change requests in accordance to change management procedures

§ Support management reporting of DLP incidents and statistics for ad-hoc and monthly reporting

§ Coordinate DLP audit requests; respond to questions or reporting requirements from local authorities as required

§ To work with internal cyber security teams to ensure investigations are comprehensive and to track and follow up on all escalated incidents to closure

Job Requirements

Education

§ Diploma/Degree in Business Information Technology/Business Analytics from recognized academic institutions

Technical Skills and Experience

§ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as an insider fraud/threat analyst in a financial institution

§ Excellent analytical and investigative skills

§ Prior experience with analytical platforms

§ Experienced with working with machine learning enabled platforms would be advantageous

§ Experience with administration and operation of DLP Systems preferred

§ Experience in development and fine tuning of DLP Ruleset preferred

§ Knowledge of Cyber Security would be advantageous

§ Relevant working experience in SOC environment and related processes will be added advantages

• In charge of treasury operations - Prepare loan and interest payments
• Monitor and ensure loan covenants compliance
• Monitor cash flow of the Group
• Plan funding/financing for the Group
• Track interest rates and forex rates
• Perform weekly Group cash flow projections
• Prepare ad-hoc payments (such as dividends, investments) for the Group
• Prepare monthly treasury reports of the Group
• Prepare annual budget treasury reports
• Maintain bank accounts/records for the Group
• Support the Group on its financing plans
• Liaise with the rest of teams to collect and prepare information required by lenders, investors, credit rating agency
