Job Description

Finance & Accounting Operations:

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, month-end closures, and reconciliation of balance sheets including accounts payable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expenses, and cash applications.
• Oversee the consolidation process to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information for multiple entities.
• Compile ledger accounts and prepare financial statements.

• Manage cash flow, including executing international wire transfers and forecasting cash requirements.
• Monitor funds to ensure adequate availability for obligations.

Human Resources:

• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of meetings and appointments.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments such as organizing business events, customer visits, and seminars.
• Handle general secretarial tasks including office supply management and rental item maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience within Finance & Administration.
• Proficiency in consolidated accounting and corporate tax practices following IFRS accounting standards.
• Proficiency in the Korean language is highly beneficial but not a must.
• Prior experience in launching a new business is highly beneficial.
