Job Requirements:

• Perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/ accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures for full set accounts, including accounts payable, account receivables, prompt billing to customers, monthly payments to suppliers, general ledgers such as payroll, accruals, etc.
• Assist in performing monthly statutory financial statements and management accounts for the Company and its Subsidiaries (including cross-border territories).
• Prepare monthly project performance reports against budget and project status reports with variance analysis for management.
• Manage the status of accounts receivables collection and doubtful debts provision, if any.
• Handle cash management activities and cash flow forecast.
• Able to liaise with operations, customers, suppliers, auditors, bankers, tax agents, and investment managers whenever needed.
• Perform routine calculating, posting and verifying duties pertaining to financial statistics, surveys, research information, statutory returns and benchmarking.
• Prepare information for the smooth completion of various audits, including interim and annual audits by external auditors, internal audits, government audits, and parent company-related audits for the Company and its Subsidiaries (including cross-border territories).
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Keep abreast of key changes in accounting/ taxation regulations and support rolling out group initiatives.
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ Finance, the candidate with a CPA is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Minimum 3 years of past qualification and relevant working experience.
• A candidate with experience in an audit firm is preferred.
• Familiar with IFRS 115 construction contract accounting.

Responsibilities

• Process loan submissions to respective banks, in-house financing, and financial institutions
• Assist in the preparation of loan documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Job Description

• Perform Group month end closing activities (IFRS)
• Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies (IFRS), and statutory requirements (SFRS).
• Monthly review and analysis of entities and Group financial reporting.
• Preparation of Group management & financial reporting; quarterly forecast, and yearly budgeting.
• Preparation and alignment of monthly cash flow projection,
• Responsible for statutory reporting matters including GST and submission government statistics/surveys.
• Manage corporate tax, liaise with tax agents and ensure tax compliances.
• Reviewing, documenting, improving, and monitoring of Groups’ Internal Controls System (ICS)
• Responsible for audit schedules and liaise with external auditor

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Qualified CA/CPA with Accounting Degree or ACCA

• 10+ years of relevant Finance working experience in a fast-paced Finance environment and/or MNC
