Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial accounting duties including preparation of general ledger journals and month-end schedules

The incumbent will be responsible for all trade finance operations, ensuring seamless execution of transactions related to Letters of Credit, export documents, freight loans, trust receipts, and other trade finance activities. Responsibilities:
1. Handling Letters of Credit:
Review and process Letters of Credit, ensuring compliance with all relevant terms.
Verify and validate accuracy of documents required for Letters of Credit transactions.
Facilitate any necessary amendments to Letters of Credit in collaboration with banks and relevant stakeholders.
2. Preparation of Export Documents:
Prepare and submit accurate export documents in adherence to Letters of Credit and contract terms.

3. Freight Loan Management:
