You will report to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for monitoring Caregivers Alliance Limited's (CAL) income and expenses to create and evaluate financial reports. Your role involves preparing invoices & budget and liaising with auditors. You will also support the management of accounting activities, bank reconciliations, payable and receivable accounts. Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for the triage and processing of Service Orders. These Service Orders are related to the coordination of new equipment installations for commercial vessels that have global sailing patterns.

The ideal candidate may have experience working for a Fleet Manager or a Maritime hardware supplier coordinating projects/services on vessels. Or comparable work experience in Field Service Operations for land-based telecommunications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following:

• Triage and process Service Orders for KVH managed installations (Asia Pacific Region)
• Service Order entry into Baan ERP system
• Coordinate logistics requirements with Asia Pac Sales managers, customers or consignee, via phone and email, to ensure proper delivery of product
• Verify shipping and consignee/forwarding agent information
• Coordination with vessel sailing schedules
• Determination of proper shipping method
• Freight quotes with proper of Incoterms
• Provide needed shipping documentation for country specific Customs clearance
• Liaise with KVH functional groups as needed
• Sales Department – receiving, checking and processing new orders
