Role Description

• Oversee administration of bank loans and facilities, including loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and settlements of periodic interest payments.
• Prepare year-end audit schedules and financial statements in accordance with Singapore statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to establish and maintain strong internal controls in compliance with Singaporean regulatory standards and group policies.
• Assist the Managing Director with ad-hoc financial tasks and responsibilities as required.
• Drive continuous improvements to the accounting process and contribute to the development of best practices within the finance department.

Job Requirements:

• LCCI/Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership abilities with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred.
• Immediate availability or ability to start with short notice is a plus.
