Key Responsibilities:

• Execute procurement processes in PCF’s Procurement Management System (PMS), including the creation of Small Value Purchase (SVP)/Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Received Note (GRN)

• Perform grant claim submissions
• Take down minute notes for meetings
• Undertake projects and tasks that might be introduced from time to time

Job Holder Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics or Management (minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Business or Management if the candidate has excellent career track in relevant experience)
• At least 2 years experience in administration, financial or procurement portfolios

The Marketing Executive is responsible for elements for paid (SEM, Display, Social advertising) and owned (website optimisation) media channels for our industry leading company. What You Will Be Working On
