• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30 am – 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4300 + $1200 (Car Allowance) + Variable Bonus + Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, build client relationships, and sell HVAC products.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare quotes, and design HVAC systems for various clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide top-notch service.
• Coordinate with installers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer details.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

Job Description:

• Review all the AR things, checking and following the customer payment.
• ⁠Do BOMT, updates the system on the product quantity, check on the costing
• Provide administrative support to production department., exp: Prepare Product requisition form
• ⁠Prepare worker daily overtime record
• Assist on the customer service if needed.
• Other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with accounts receivable (AR) processes, product costing, and inventory updates.
• Knowledge of administrative support functions, especially for production.
• Familiarity with overtime tracking and reporting.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for handling product requisitions and customer service tasks.
• Proficiency in relevant software for administrative duties.

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of suppliers’ invoices and employees’ claims into ERP system
• Check the invoices in the Procurement-to-Pay System, Coupa, and ensure all invoices are taken into ERP system
• Liaise with suppliers and business divisions on any discrepancies in invoices and other supporting documents
• Follow up with accrual of expenses incurred by the company where invoices have not been received
• Process suppliers’ payments, including generating payment vouchers, preparing cheques and online payments
• Close follow up with payment approvers to complete the payment process
• Assist in supplier reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of AP schedules
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
