Responsibilities:
· To communicate and manage delivery schedules to meet the customers needs
· Co-ordinating with various departments on the production process from graphic, printing, binding to packing and resolving problems encounter in these areas
· Process and follow up on customers' orders
· Involve in customers’ visits when they are in the plant and provide assistance when necessary
· Attend to customers phones and e-mails enquiries
· Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products to local and oversea customers.
· Manage customers records and provide orders information to customers
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE “O” or equivalent
· At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with manufacturing operational exposure
· Proficient in MS Office
· Pleasant personality and good interpersonal communication skills
· A mature, self-driven and proactive team player
· Meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently
