Job requirements:

• A qualified CA or CPA with between 7 to 10 years of experience in the field of Finance.
• University degree in Accounting and/or Business Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline
• Min 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Staffing / Recruitment industry will be added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between utility agencies and construction team on excavation works, services diversion, and reinstatement work near underground or utility services
• Work closely with utility agencies to provide updates on construction site, utility damages, or unknown service
• Supervise subcontractors’ works to ensure timely completion and quality standards of project
• Monitor to ensure that utilities and M&E works executed are in accordance with statutory requirements, construction procedures, and safe work practices
• Programming works schedule and monitoring building progress, compliance with regulations, and costs

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience on civil construction projects
• Must have experience on Singapore LTA road/viaducts/ civil infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD would be at an advantage
• Self-motivated
• Able to work independently
