2. To attend ACLP and DDDLP preview and attend to queries on course administration.

3. To provide 1st level support for learners’ account (CANVAS) creation.

4. To manually upload all WSQ programmes learners’ enrolment, attendance, and assessment to TPG weekly.

5. Attend to all queries sent in via the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) within a day.

6. Creation of Course Run in Training Partner Gateway (TPG), ensuring that uploading of Attendance and Enrollment promptly.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Confident and comfortable working with IT systems; emails, training management system, and customer relation system.

2. Competent in using MS Words and Excel for reports generation.

3. Requires logical and analytical thinking.

4. Good writing and communication skills.

5. Fluent in English language as all the courses conducted in IAL is in English and emails are all in English.
