Trade Finance Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Planning & Promotion as BA

• Business requirement validation with use cases in the prototyping phase

• Planning and promotion preparation tasks for system implementation (e.g. TOM development, BRD creation, etc.) from BA’s perspective

Management & Reporting

• Monitor task progress of the user side, conduct issue & risk management, and provide support for solving them

• Provide Local insights and feedback to project planning with Area PM

• Other regular reporting such as regional progress, challenges and success to BA leads

Mandate skills:

• Package system implementation experience (CGI)

• Trade Finance solutions, CGI experience is a MUST

• Hands-on experience of creating both a Business Requirement Document (BRD) and a Functional Requirement Document (FRD).

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience

• For Trade Area, knowledge of Front ,Middle and Back-Office domain is preferred. (* For Senior BA: Strong expertise in at least one domain is mandatory.)

• Experiences in Corporate bank industry as a bank employee, or experiences of service provision to bank industry as a consultant

General requirements:

• Experience in project implementation from user side (big project is preferred)

• Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region to interact in person with teams to gather the necessary requirements

• An acute attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentation

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Finance Relationship Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships in the project finance sector, conducting in-depth financal modeling and analysis, ensuring the successful execution and financing of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead the assessment and approval process for project financing.

A) JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle the Accounts Receivable (AR) and collection functions to comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

2. Prepare and post journal entries (adjustment etc) transactions.

3.Process and verify refund to customers.

4. Maintain customer database.

5. Process invoices and credit notes that includes administering revenue accruals and revenue recognition.

6. Ensure bank and AR clearing accounts are cleared during month-end closing.

7. Prepare the monthly debtors’ aging report and support in the review and follow up with internal parties for prompt resolution of outstanding items or discrepancy on billings and collections with customers.

8. Prepare bank and donation reconciliations, statement of accounts and schedules for the month-end closing and year-end audit for the society and new companies.

9. Support in internal/ external audit including audit reconciliation and schedules.

11. Perform administrative duties for the department such as database management, filing, data entry, submission of documents to banks or other agencies.rvals.
