Planning Engineer (Civil/Interior/Building) Responsibilities

· Developing and preparing Tender Plans, Pre-construction programs / Labor Histograms .

· Develop Baseline Program including EPS, OBS, WBS, Phasing / Zoning Strategy Plan and Key Dates/ Milestones, of the project assuring that the Program is fulfilling all the contractual requirements.

· Detailed Planning & scheduling for various stages of the projects that involved works related to various disciplines such as Contracts, Engineering ,Procurement and Construction

· Recognised qualification in Building Services Engineering or other appropriate engineering subject is preferred. Accounts Receivable
