• Bank Reconciliation & Financial Entry:

2. Process financial data entries for payment records, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions, ensuring strict adherence to banking industry standards.
3. Investigate discrepancies between bank statements and internal records, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance:

1. Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports, cash flow analysis, and bank account summaries for senior management.
2. Ensure all financial processes comply with banking regulations, including reporting and documentation for audits.
3. Support external audits and regulatory examinations by providing accurate financial data and reconciliation reports.

• Process Improvement:

1. Continuously assess and improve financial processes, leveraging industry best practices for efficiency in AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement automation where possible, ensuring compliance with banking standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations with a focus on AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements related to financial transactions.
• Expertise in using banking-specific accounting systems and financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle,or industry-standard platforms).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced skills in financial analysis and data manipulation.
• High attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work within strict deadlines in a regulated environment.
