Ā· Assisting in hiring and training beauticians as required.
Ā· Arranging and managing the employeeās work schedules, considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.
Ā· Maintaining records of staff members which includes their salaries and working schedules.
Ā· Advertising and promoting services, offers, and discounts via social media.
Ā· Monitoring stock and ordering beauty products as and when required.
Ā· Tracking the payments received from clients.
Ā· Offering discount bundles and running online competitions to attract new clients.
Ā· Ensuring proper cleaning of beauty equipment and tools after use and following hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
Ā· Maintaining records of all transactions and presenting it to the beauty or hair salon owners.
Requirements
Ā· 5 yrs working experience in similar role.
Ā· Proficient with all skin and hair treatments.
Ā· Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
Ā· Ability to handle customersā requests and complaints with elegance.
