Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Crew Leader or Supervisor in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign job to a team of workshop mechanics
• Co-ordinate between workshop and customer, updating of job status
• Prepare job card/orders for customers' requirement
• Perform vehicle controlling in the workshop, check in and out of vehicles
• Perform hands-on trouble shooting on vehicle, ordering of spare parts
• Perform quality control check on vehicles

Requirements:

• Computer literate

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare Balance Sheet schedules, Bank Reconciliation, Inter-co Reconciliation

- Prepare journals for month-end closing of accounts

- Assist in the preparation of GST report

- Provide required schedules to internal/external auditors

- Perform any other accounting tasks and ad-hoc duties that are assigned by Supervisor

In this role, you will support the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and effective communication between departments.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee revenue reconciliation (non-patient and patient billing), handle AR transactions, and update receipts from debtors
• Review AR aging trial balance, prepare subvention receipts, and assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow projections
• Manage daily clinic cash collections, prepare journal entries, and assist with audit schedules
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve billing inquiries and ensure timely payments
