Job Description:
• Assist Department Leader with planning of daily production activities and issuance of
routine instructions
• Assist Department Leader with planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance
activities
• Ensure that production and quality targets are met by monitoring production and QC
data
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instructions (WI)
• Assist Department Leader with monitoring inventory levels of raw materials,
subsidiary materials and spares, and raise purchase requests when required
• Assist Department Leader with enforcement of Production shift staff discipline
including monitoring production data and reviewing CCTV footage when necessary
• Assist with Document Control relating to production, including maintaining and
updating WI and forms
• Assist Department Leader with troubleshooting of process, equipment problems
• Understand production process to assist with operation adjustments or improvement
proposals due to demands from other stakeholders
• Ensure data entry by Production shift staff is timely and accurate
• Assist Department Leader with compilation of monthly production reports
• Assist Department Leader with data collection and report preparation for in-process
studies and experiments, when required
• Ensure that safety procedures, regulations and other legal obligations are complied

Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering, Applied Science or other related discipline
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skill required.
• Office 365 and Power Platform knowledge is an advantage

Requirements:
