Takagi Ramen is a well-established F&B outlet which is founded in 2015 with 11 growing outlets. Our vision is to provide affordable but high-quality Japanese ramen to everyone.

The role:

• Check, verify, record invoices for proper account code and authorization
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, and corporate secretary
• Recording and reconciling of sales (online & in-store)
• Liaise with freight forwarder and handing import shipment documents
• Prepare ART Kits according to outlet duty roster, maintenance staff record in SRS Swab System and submission of ART results in weekly basis
• Check and record JV for vendor transactions
• Assist in preparing financial year end physical stocks take listing

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role (Candidate with more experience will be considered for executive role)
• Experience working in the F&B industry will be advantageous
• A Diploma in accounting is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of monthly and year-end management reports and analysis by reviewing submissions from subordinates
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Provide supportfor various reporting including GST, treasury, investment returns, etc.
• Provide commentaries on operational performance and support planning, operations, and implementation of financial and internal controls

Job Requirements:
