Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork, rebar, concreting, survey.
• To Supervise and manage daily project operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, aligning with quality standards and company protocols.
• To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;
• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;
• To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;
• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;
• To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.
• To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the entire process of producing detailed shop drawings
2. Must be able to lead, manage and check all kinds of Shop Drawings
3. Coordination with relevant departments for technical/detailed shop-drawings submissions for approval including Consultants and Authorities
4. Ensure that all technical/detailed shop-drawings are compliant with the relevant codes and/or regulatory requirements
5. Required to carried out work smoothly done on site and ensure handing over in accordance with schedule given
6. Ensure that all shop drawing must be done with constructability to site requirements, be practical, easy to understand, able to meet clients expectations and good profitability for the Company
7. To provide evaluation/findings and project results to HQ Tokyo in Japan on a frequent basis

Requirements:

1. Degree/Masters in Architecture or equivalent
2. Minimum 20 - 25 years of working experience in the related field
3. Proficient in Software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
4. Able to lead a team
5. Fluency in spoken and written Japanese is necessary as the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate with counterparts in Japan, Tokyo Head Office such as monthly progress reports
6. Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
7. Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details and has good communication skills
