Responsibilities:

• To assist the production Manager in leading a group of leaders, Technician, Material Handler, and operators to manage production activities to achieve daily output and quality.
• Work closely with superior to implement Production Work Order/planning.
• Ensure quality parts are produced accordingly to customer requirements.
• Ensure plan is executed accordingly and inform superior if plan is changed.
• Notify superior of inferior product quality and provide support to resolve quality issues.
• Assist to provide solutions and improvements for quality-related issues.
• Setup Mold, start up for production according to procedures.
• Ensure setting of Mold according to Moulding Data Sheet and correct cycle time
• Ensure all Work Order are closed according to Production Planning
• Provide training to upgrade staffs' skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve quality, processes, tooling issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or NTC2 in any Engineering-related discipline, possess good leadership, self-motivated, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic Injection moulding knowledge
• 3 years’ experience/knowledge in Manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, is added advantage
• Basic computer knowledge i.e. MS -Excel skill is needed

Job Description
