Job Description:

• Perform intake assessment and review of day care clients and oversee Multi- Disciplinary Meetings for reviews of clients including Day Rehab clients.
• Supervise daily routines such as meal preparation, serving of meals, preparing clients for activities, conducting of activities, reviews of clients and cleaning duties of care staff.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible to assist to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel's guest rooms and public area.

• Possess minimum G.C.E. "O" Levels.
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel operations in similar capacity.
• Possess good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

You will demonstrate a strong interest in trade and/or shipping finance matters and should have excellent academic credentials, with the drive and ability to deliver high-quality work and take initiative.

You will be a confident individual, well on the way to building a strong network of your own, and will be eager to build long-lasting relationships with clients and potential clients and advisers. Ideally, you will be coming from a well-recognised international, national or regional practice. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment and will work closely with our clients and other advisors so good communication skills are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure smooth and efficient linen laundry and processing operations in order to deliver quality laundered goods in time to customers.
• To coordinate and supervise the work flow to achieve production targets with good quality standard according to the planned schedule.
• To resolve any operational or quality issues through discussion and coordination with all fellow supervisors, the Management as well as contractors.
• To train, motivate and guide subordinates and maintain discipline amongst all operations staff. Also, to ensure good housekeeping is carried out daily at production floor.
• To develop a safe working environment and efficient operational procedures of which to be followed closely by all subordinates. Improvement needs to be continually carried out.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma (in any discipline) or equivalent preferred
• Supervisory experience in production environment will be advantageous
• 5 days’ work week, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Able to work outside of scheduled shift if operationally required
