The purpose of the mechanical supervisor is to support the Asset Integrity team in field inspection and mechanical integrity support for the commissioning of the expansion project. He or she will also be expected to provide support for base plant day to day functions and plant turnarounds as required. • Collaborate with the Human Resource Team to educate all employees on security and fire safety procedures
• To take on additional specific engineering duties such as:
• - Perform routine daily inspection for some M&E equipment.
• - Perform preventive maintenance works.
• - Perform checkout and arrival room inspection

Job Requirements

You have:

• At least 3 years of relevant security related experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Attained at least a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Security Supervision or an equivalent qualification
• Completed the Fire Safety Management course by Fire Safety Managers’ Association (FSMAS)
• Possess a valid individual Security License issued by the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD)
• Knowledge in keycard system, Vingcard or Safflock and handling fire protection system
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Supervisory skills
• Passion for coaching and guiding
• Willingness to perform shifts

Job Purpose:

· Managing the financial aspects of Regional Offices in two countries. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities include financial stewardship, budgeting, forecasting, regional recharges, true-up processes, and performance analysis. Your role is vital in ensuring corporate governance, internal controls, and accurate financial reporting for the Regional Offices.

Job Scope:

· Oversee financial stewardship and governance for Regional Offices.

· Manage day-to-day commercial matters, ensuring adherence to corporate governance and internal controls.

· Take ownership of the financial health of Regional Offices and ensure compliance with corporate reporting

requirements.

· Collaborate with Cost Centre Owners to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.

· Prepare regional recharges and true-up processes.

· Provide insightful analysis of regional office performance.

Key Accountabilities:

· Improve the quality and effectiveness of financial information.

· Ensure forecast and budget accuracy.

· Conduct performance and variance analysis, and plan actions to close gaps.

· Continuously enhance systems and processes.

· Review monthly reconciliations using Blackline.

· Evaluate capital requirements and collaborate with Cost Centre Owners to manage capital spending effectively.

Requirements:

· Accountancy Degree or professional qualification with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

· Proficiency in major ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, M3).

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and meticulous work ethic.

· Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

· Effective team player with strong organizational and deadline management abilities.

· Exceptional analytical skills to provide valuable financial insights.

Additional Information:

· Salary – Up to S$8.5K per month

· Commencement Date: Immediate

· Contract duration: 3-4 month contract, convertible

· Working days and hours: Mon to Fri, hybrid
