Roles & Responsibilities

Duties

Resolving customer issues

Ensure and upkeep highest level of customer service

Work Closely with marketing department to disseminate information to staff

Gather feedback from customers and report to higher management

Work with kitchen crew to ensure food quality

Handle other administrative duties such as ordering stock, cashiering

Housekeeping

Daily washing up of restaurant area to maintain highest level of cleanliness & hygiene

Maintenance of equipment for long term use

Requirements

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in any field

Experience

3 Years experience as supervsior and above in hotel/restaurant

Language

Spoken/Written English

Preferably Spoken Mandarin

Supervisor, Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel Pipe

Responsibilities

· In-charge of Pipeline Department / Assign projects for new build or Additional and Alteration work

· In-charge of Manpower deployment and scheduling / allocation

· Supervise on-site installation and testing and commissioning

· Provide hands on guidance and technical knowledge to carry out pipe / accessories and hook up to machinery.

· Good knowledge in ACMV/ Process / Fire pipe work.

· Record, update and maintain records for site progress.

· Ensure work is carried out according to safety rules and regulations

· Communicate with clients on schedule / requirement

· Raise Purchase requirement for materials/ parts / tools / machinery to execute the work.

Requirement

· Good experience with carbon steel or stainless-steel pipe work.

· At least 5-7 years’ experience in ACMV/ Process / Fire pipe work.

· Good awareness in safety requirements.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to communicate in English with basic paperwork ability

Job Description

• Support the operations manager in cleaning operation.
• Assist the operations manager to coordinate and schedule all the cleaning site staff.
• Inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
• Follow up and keep an update to customer request and feedbacks.
• Attend to clients’ complaints promptly.
• Train, instruct, and supervise the work of supervisors and cleaners.
• Ensure all works carried out by supervisor and cleaners as set out in their Job.
• Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Other related duties as assigned.
