Job purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients have the insurance coverage they need. You will be responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and achieve sales targets
• Identify and cultivate leads through various channels
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide suitable recommendations
• Present insurance products and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
• Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok/Instagram, to increase insurance awareness and engage with potential clients
• Prepare and process insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term trust and loyalty
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product developments to provide informed advice to clients
• Collaborate with insurers and internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to facilitate seamless client experiences
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or CFP/AFP candidate preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive and have a strong sense of ownership
• Strong presentation, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Licensed in life insurance and general insurance
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales or a similar role
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Remuneration includes Basic Salary + Variable Component

Position title : Recruitment Consultant

Location: Shenton Way

Working Days: 5 days, 8 to 6 p.m.

After probation - Working hours will be 10 a.m to 5 p.m. (if hit daily KPI)

Salary : Starting with Basic $2950 + $250 KPI allowance + commission

Requirements and Skills

• Degree in any discipline
• Candidates who are CEI certified would be of advantage

• Good interpersonal and communication abilities

Job Scope

• Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary, contract or permanent positions jobs with clients’ companies
• Conduct networking in order to attract business from client companies and build relationships with clients
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
• Search for candidates through Supreme HR’s database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy; receive and review applications, arranging interviews, and short-listing candidates
• Brief candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
• Prepare and edit resumes and forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Organize interviews for the candidate as requested by the client by calling and emailing them the required details
• Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression
• Follow up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR
• Any ad hoc administration duties
