Our SAP Concur Customer Success organization serves as a focal point for our customers to achieve success with Concur. As a CSP Advisor, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Customers by developing long term relationships, measured through revenue growth, retention and advocacy. About the Role

The Head of KYC Operations - Financial Services is responsible for overseeing the KYC program for financial services products, ensuring it meets both regulatory and company compliance standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and scaling effective KYC processes and selecting market-appropriate KYC solutions. The ideal candidate has expertise in Southeast Asia's KYC operations, with strong product management skills, a background in AML compliance, and experience in BNPL or lending. The role requires project management and compliance leadership to collaborate across teams, including business development, fraud, product, technology, and compliance. Reporting to the Head of Global Payment Compliance, this individual will build and deliver high-quality KYC operations to support customer needs.

Key responsibilities
