• Review and update the relevant documentation (inclusive of ARIS diagrams/ models) to reflect changes made to the system. Examples of documentation including the following:

About the role:

We are looking for a Scientific Research Analyst to quantify vitamins and mycotoxins by LC-MS in foods and related materials and develop improved extraction and analytical methods. The candidate should be experienced in analytical science, but training will be provided for candidates who have not previously worked with LC-MS. An initial 1-year contract will be offered with possibility of extension.

Position

The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market IT applications (in-house and package) used worldwide, covering Front Office (Murex, Apex, Orchestrade…), Back Office (Summit, Calypso…), Market data referential (Asset Control..), Market Risk (in-house application on big data technologies).

The Repo and Secured Financing (RSF) IT division, works across the full value chain to sustain business activity and enable its acceleration.

This role aims to develop on the Calypso back office package, in project mode as well as maintenance, and to support the “run the bank” function. It requires a deep understanding of the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The build and support team continuously works with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers.

Main responsibilities

Build & change management

• Analyse enhancement requests for the repo business and new products.
• Propose solutions in collaboration with Architects.
• Specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, release documentation.
• Coordinate user acceptance tests.
• Monthly releases, following the team’s milestones for analysis, coding and testing.
• Support the release roadmap in production.

Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams)

• Application support, level 3 (expert).
• Troubleshoot and fix issues/bugs.

Continuous improvement

• Improve operational processes.
• Coach more junior team members as required.

Qualifications and Profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Calypso business analyst on Calypso back office.
• Experience on Calypso versions v14 to v17.
• In depth knowledge of Static Data, Workflows, ScheduledTask, Confirmations, Settlements, Messages / Swift messages, Positions, Accounting, Corporate action, Filters, Reporting Framwork, Reconciliation features.
• Understanding of financial assets (repos, bonds, SLB, issuances) and trade lifecycle.
• Experience with regulatory reporting HRF, NORIA, MMSR.
• Experience in interfacing Calypso with external systems.
• Hands-on experience in implementation projects.
• AGILE track record.
• Experience in implementing NR scenarios.
• Willing to do L3 Support if required.
• Willing to do On-call rotation with team mates to cover night and week-end support.

Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in relevant specialties (IT, finance).

• Work in shift for ASIA or EMEA region : (9am – 6:30pm SGT) or (3pm – midnight SGT).

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst Specialist with a focus on Application Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for security.

The successful candidate will join the Team that is responsible in establishing and governing the software development and application support processes, ensuring compliant to the established policies and guidelines. The team must also consider areas of improvement in the IT Delivery Team.

JOB SCOPE

The successful candidate will have the opportunities to work on the follow function(s).

Primary Function:

(A) Responsible for Application Security, not limited to the following

· Conduct application security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure that applications are secure

· Work with development teams to ensure that security requirements are incorporated into the development process

· Develop and enforce secure coding practices

· Develop and maintain security policies and procedures

· Work with infrastructure teams to ensure that security is integrated into the infrastructure design

· Develop and maintain security monitoring tools and systems

· Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments with vendors

· Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in application security

Secondary Function:

The Team is also handling the following function and the successful candidate may be assign to assist these functions.

(B) Identify IT Delivery improvement opportunities and support request from other teams or departments who has identified process improvement opportunities.

(C) Support Audits

· This includes external compliance audit for area responsible by the IT Dept.; i.e. ISO22301, Finance Audit, ISO27001, etc.

(D) Internal System Support

· Support in the development, support and maintenance of the internal developed back office application solutions and governance enforcements system/tools. e.g. billing system, customer registration system, etc.

· Support back office system improvement initiatives.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

§ Tertiary education with working experience/knowledge in the following area:

· Understanding of the SDLC and agile process

· Strong knowledge of web application security concepts such as OWASP Top 10, SAN25

· Knowledge with security assessment tools such as Burp Suite, Qualys, Nessus, etc.

· Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Ruby

· Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Bash

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Knowledge in Cloud technologies

· Knowledge with containerization tools and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)

Position

The candidate will be in charge of understanding the requirements and to test the payment system of the bank which is Global Pay Plus – Sevice Platform (GPP-SP) from Finastra (previously D&H). The role will focus primarily on testing the various evolutions of the in-house solution together with the payment engine (GPP-SP).

Main responsibilities

As a Business Analyst:

• Understanding the BRD and conducting requirement gathering by various means like brainstorming, workshops, Questionnaire and working with different stakeholders of the cash management team like Product Managers (Global as well as In Country), Client Services, Implementation, Operations and Finance.
• Mapping the identified functional requirements and define a solution
• Identifying the scope of the requirements, validating the requirements.
• Working with Lead Business Analyst & Technology partner i.e., Solution Architects to agree on the solution.
• Working as a liaison between Business users, operations and Developers.
• Preparing various documents like BRD, FSD and reviewing SIT Test scenarios and Test Cases. Experience in Agile world is a plus.

• Define functional test scenarios for core banking and payment systems

• Working with SIT & UAT Testing Team, reviewing, testing scenarios, test cases and helping developers and testers in clearing their doubts about the requirements etc.
• Recording defects utilizing defect tracking tool with priority and severity and alert the management
• Manage planning, communicate with stakeholders
• Prepare regular reports on test results
• Supporting the business users for User Acceptance Testing
• Supporting Operations team / Business Users team to complete the testing
• Managing testing at times when required and found the issues / testing not closing or moving as expected
• Lead Defect Management related actives

Qualifications and Profile

The position requires a minimum of 7 years relevant business analyst/tester experience with Payment systems and Core Banking applications.

Functional

• Good knowledge in Payment area like interaction with Clearing, payment file format ISO20022, SEPA and SWIFT. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing.
• Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels.
• Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments.
• Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications
• Experience in following areas is a plus: Retail Banking, Wholesale & Corporate Banking, Corporate commercial Payments, International & Domestic Payments, Payment Hub/Factory, Correspondent Banking, ACH, Real Time Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, Messaging (Swift and ISO) & Trade Finance

Technical

• Hands on experience on testing methodologies
• Working knowledge of ALM/QC/JIRA
