Job Description

Eyeota, a Dun & Bradstreet Company seeks a talented and resourceful Business Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing Programmatic Audience Data business.

We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful person who is inspired by problem-solving, continuous iteration, and improvement, and who enjoys systems that support business processes. This role will be assisting in our reporting, the management of marketing systems, and ad-hoc analytics that support business decision making. The role is part decision support, part system admin, and part operations expert. You will be involved in operational decisions and discussions across many areas of the business and play a key role in ensuring our revenue operations reporting and analysis are efficient and scalable.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement end-to-end monthly revenue processing.
• Assist in design, documentation and implementation of business workflows and procedures, with focus on automation and processes that require limited manual intervention:

=Investigate, review and make well-balanced proposals on which tools and systems to implement that foster automation while allowing us to be more economically efficient.

= Set up and deploy new reporting tools across the business.

= Assist in planning and conducting training for relevant teams on new tools and business processes.

= Keep track and update active internal business process documentation.

• Stay up to date on new trends in marketing and sales systems and processes.
• Work closely with our Finance business partners to provide inputs for sales forecasts and cost accruals.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales operations
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Interest in understanding digital advertising, media agency business models, online media business, audience targeting, programmatic buying and real-time bidding
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SOQL, APEX and REST
• Experience using business systems such as Salesforce, JIRA, Workday and HubSpot a plus
• Speak and write English fluently
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently and in an organized fashion with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations

Key Responsibilities

• See through/support Counterparty Credit Risk system (CCR) change requests/ projects/ bug fix (whichever applicable) from initiation to sign-off:
• Gather, analyse and document user’s requirements
• Prepare, execute and validate SIT test scenario
• Review user’s UAT test requirement, execute and support UAT

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and forecasting the supply and demand dynamics of the global iron ore and steel markets, as well as the key drivers and risks affecting them.
• Providing timely and insightful analysis and commentary on the iron ore and steel market developments, trends and outlooks
• Developing and maintaining quantitative models and databases to support the iron ore and steel market analysis and forecasting.

Experiences:

• Demonstrable experience as Datamart Developer with a minimum of 4 years in Murex
• Datamart exposure: Independently Design, build and Test Datamart reports
• Strong analytical and debugging ability, modifying and enhancing existing complex Datamart objects

Technical/user support

• Analyze complex user problems/issues and propose workarounds until they are fixed
• Formalize the reports of anomalies to be corrected by the development team
• Assist the business users to set up their screens and make optimal use of the functionalities
• Promote new features and participate in change management

Business analysis

THE ROLE:

AMD is looking to hire certified SAP professionals with experience in Finance domain. They will support AMD IT initiatives for supporting Finance & Revenue operations. Through direct interaction with stakeholders and internal business partners, the person will help drive IT alignment with the team's goals and business needs. Provide guidance on Finance business processes, from process design through to process execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support, maintenance, and enhancement on Finance business processes for SAP S/4 HANA.
• Streamline existing business processes – Work with users to identify areas of improvement, create functional and technical requirements for changes and provide relevant training.
• Play a key role in gathering business requirements and work alongside development teams for the successful execution of IT portfolio projects.

• Preferred Experience
• Experience with integrating third party enterprise tax product such as ONESOURCE is highly desired.

• Channel & Rebates Management
• Experience in configuring SAP AR, RAR, Settlement management modules
• Basic knowledge of distributor ship & debit process with experience in SAP SD
• Experience in handling Channel partner Point of sale and their claims using settlement management module.
• SAP Vistex resource with knowledge in SAP Order to Cash, including Billbacks and rebate agreements, claims and settlements.
• Good hands-on experience in Vistex solution extensions V/4 and ABAP for SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in SAP SD configuration; SAP Vistex Configuration, knowledge of ABAP preferred including familiarity with EDI/IDOCs, and integration with PI; recent, relevant, hands-on experience is a must.
• Experience of configuration and customization on Creatio Sales or Creatio Service or Creatio Marketing or Creatio Studio is preferred.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Finance/Business.
