• Lead agile squad(s) to perform the daily ritual

Responsibility:

• Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and analysis of the Annual Budget prior to its submission to the corporate office.
• Analyze financial variances and take a proactive approach by conducting meetings with operations departments to review and discuss monthly forecast performance.
• Synthesize complex data from various sources and transform it into comprehensive management reports.
• Scrutinize a wide range of records and engage with various departments to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Oversee SOX compliance and address internal and external audit queries.
• Enhance processes and actively participate in ad-hoc LEAN projects.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in FP&A and SOX
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a bonus

• Responsible for end to end execution of the overall test strategy developed collectively with the product owner from user story acceptance criteria, JBehave writing, execution of testing and defects management to live verification support.
• Expected to be an expert in banking domain and able to write test plan and testing summary documents. To write and execute end to end test scenarios with detailed steps as per requirements either via manual or automation testing.
• Actively participate and collaborate in project meetings and discussions, keen attention to details and time management to ensure quality and timely output of project assigned.
• Execute the assigned manual or automation testing, log defects and follow up on defects to ensure timely closure. Generate reports of testing, prepare training slides for touchpoints, and required update to delivery

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and detailed end to end test cases for the assigned projects relating to the digital platform’s user acceptance testing.
• Able to write test cases in JBehave for agile projects.
• Expert in using testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc to execute and maintain project status.
• Knowledge of web and mobile application testing in banking domain, with good time management and keen eye for details to ensure quality and timely output
• Detect, report and track defects in the application tools and with various stakeholders to ensure proper closure of issues.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders proactive to complete job assigned from clarification to issue closure.
• Good with documentation as constant update to project changes will need to be updated timely

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in web and mobile application testing in the banking industry is preferred.
• Strong analytic skills to process complex requirement to come up with end to end scenarios and test cases
• Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodology, and understand the life cycle of testing in both automated and manual testing
• Have experience in running or being part of an agile project team in banking industry and have had hands on experience on JBehave
• Understanding Java and VB Scripting will be an advantage, for automation QA role hands on usual of selenium or
• Appium is a must for consideration
• Experience with Quality assurance processes and JIRA is a must
• Good stakeholder engagement skills with strong verbal and written communication is required as will need to collaborate closely across multiple teams during project execution
• Good team player with strong organizational skills and can work independently with minimum guidance

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Analyst with to lead the development of Quantitative Models and Algorithms for Trading, have expertise in Alpha Generation, developing systematic strategies and has hands on experience with Python or Java.

Responsibilities:

• Develop quantitative models and algorithms for Trading, including order execution, market making, and alpha generation.
• Deliver well-documented prototype and production code to run financial models, mainly in Python and Scala.
• Create software applications, user interfaces, APIs, dashboards, and automated reports for business users.
• Assist with Business Development, including writing Data Analytics mandate, preparing reports, and delivering business presentations.
• Understand and clearly present Quantitative Finance literature.
• Create technical reports, and appropriately document developed libraries.
• Assist, when needed, with the development of Data Analytics platform, including Databases and Data Lake.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Developers, and Traders to jointly meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Master or PhD in a technical field, such as Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or alike.
• 3+ years of work experience as a Quantitative Analyst / Quantitative Developer in a financial firm.
• Advanced coding skills in programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, Haskell, Scala, C++, and/or Java.
• Experience in Quantitative Trading, for example developing systematic strategies.
• Knowledge of Mathematical Finance and Financial Markets, including Algorithmic Trading, Derivative Pricing, Portfolio and Risk Management, Dynamic Programming, and Numerical Methods.
• Knowledge of Machine learning methodologies, including Clustering techniques, Factor Modelling, Reinforcement Learning, and Advanced Statistics.
• Knowledge of Git, SQL, and Dash (or similar).
• Basic knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, and VBA.
• Experience with Real Time Analytics, Low-Latency Algorithms, Webapp Development, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. is a strong plus.
• Experience with Business Development is a plus.
• Collaborative, team player, open minded, and easy to work with.
• Proficient presentation skills and high attention to detail.
• Able to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.

This role is on an initial contract basis of 12 months.
