Job Responsibilities:

As a front office department, it will closely collaborate with sector-based origination & structuring and corporate and specialized lending transaction management colleagues and other product specialists to ensure a seamless client experience. The PM function is organized along product and sector considerations. Qualifications and experience:

• Degree educated (or equivalent), with preference in business, energy systems, engineering, economics, environmental science, public policy
• Some demonstrable experience gained working either in a relevant role for a government, multilateral or public sector organisation, or as a sustainability consultant working across energy, climate change or corporate sustainability sectors
• Demonstrated knowledge of low-carbon development mechanisms such as energy efficiency, energy transition, renewable energy, carbon markets, etc
• Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia landscape on energy policy, climate change, green finance and environmental sustainability in Southeast Asia

Key Accountabilities

1. Provide end-to-end (holding the trade from inception to expiry) processing support to Treasury & Markets on Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Non-Deliverable Forward products across Singapore, Australia, China, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan and Hong Kong

2. Ensure accurate validation and timely settlement is being performed on all relevant trades

3. Provide end-to-end support to FX CLS processes supported across Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea entities.

4. Participate in critical initiatives, process improvements and projects to enhance processes and productivity, and take accountability to ensure successful implementation thereafter

5. Perform data analysis and problem solving at SME level

6. Proactively seek for opportunities to data discovery and insight

Job Duties, among others are:

1. 1 Perform validation of all new Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Non-Deliverable Forwards trades against source documents in Murex or Front Arena systems

2. Authorise payments and receipts for above mentioned Treasury products

3. Perform NDF Fixing procedures in Murex and Front Arena systems

4. Liaising of settlement or fixing with respective counterparties and local T&M Ops

5. Monitor and handle end-to-end CLS process, including exception handling of unmatched/alleged trades and the necessary follow ups and escalation

6. Ensures all reconciliation breaks or exceptions are investigated and resolved within stipulated turnaround time

7. Ensure all inquiries (email or SWIFT) related to pre and post-trade are effectively managed

Requirements:

-Qualification or experience in related field.

-Experienced in banking and financial sector preferred.
