• Lead, manage, and coordinate tax compliance and advisory client engagements within the financial services industry.
• Develop a new client portfolio, establish budgets, determine resource requirements, and direct/monitor engagements.
• Maintain ongoing interaction with clients, manage expectations, and ensure exceptional client service.
• Participate in managing a compliance group by forecasting future compliance work, delegating tasks effectively, providing coaching and training, and resolving staffing issues.
• Share knowledge to enhance professional development and service delivery. Facilitate open communication and supervise staff.
• Participate in recruiting efforts as needed.
• Assess and identify business development opportunities across various business lines.
• Build strong internal cross-functional relationships within the firm’s network.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant discipline, preferably with a professional qualification recognized by SCTP.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Singapore financial services tax experience from the financial services industry (insurance, banking, or asset management) or accounting firms.
• A solid understanding of business and tax technical issues, with the ability to translate these into value-added solutions for clients.
• Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop effective sales pitch strategies to secure enterprise opportunities.
• Manage corporate accounts within the division, ensuring a consistently high level of sales achievements.
• Identify and target new sales opportunities, creating and cultivating new accounts to capitalize on business prospects.
