As a Program Consultant at BeFound Studios, you will be the face of our skincare programs, helping prospective clients understand the value of our services and guiding them through the discovery and enrolment process. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations:Conduct one-on-one discovery session with prospective clients to assess their skincare needs, concerns, and goals.
  Educate them on BeFound Studios’ skincare programs, explaining the benefits and features of each service.
  Customize recommendations to ensure clients are matched with the most suitable program based on their skin type, lifestyle, and goals.

• Sales and Performance:
  Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting discovery sessions into program enrolments.
  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and provide insights on client feedback and needs.
  Keep accurate records of client interactions and program details in our CRM system.
