• Position Title: Engineer Consultant (Civil / Technical)
• Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Jurong East)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri - 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
• Salary: Up to SGD 3500+ Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, writes ups, design calculations and technical specifications;
• Prepare 2D/3D drawings;
• Planning and overseeing projects;
• Feasibility and technical studies including site investigation;
• Site inspection and investigation when required (working time to suit project requirement);
• Liaising with client, authority, architect, engineer, contractor and supplier for coordination and to resolve design and development issues;
• Conduct research and data search (physical and electronic) on topics and Capstone Project (in-house or with other tertiary institutions);
• Ensure project compliance with latest Code of Practice and legal requirements;
• To attend training courses arranged by the company.

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Structural Engineering);
• Recognised by Professional Engineer Board Singapore (PEB); Other Built Environment Degrees (Degrees in Building, Environment Engineering, Architecture etc.) will be considered;
• Able to operate fluently on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project);
• Able to perform engineering hand calculation to BS and/or EC code of practice (BS 8110, BS 5950, EC2, EC3 and EC5) is an added point;
• CAD skills (BIM capability with point cloud processing preferred);
• Willing to travel and station overseas.

Job Description

• Handling full spectrum of HR duties;
• Manage all recruitment process, on-boarding activities, training and performance appraisal;
• Responsible for HR administration e.g: employees leave records, employees information, HR letters, medical claim;
• To process employees work pass applications, renewals and cancellation;
• Monthly payroll computation and reports;
• Handle all work passes related matters
• Any other HR and administrative duties as and when assigned.
  
  Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a HR generalist and/or hands on experience related to HR (Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits Administration, etc)
• Min GCE O Level / Diploma holder
• Familiar of MOM rules and regulations is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Can demonstrate the best ways to manage time save costs and remain organized whether preparing complicated dishes or simple short orders
To manage and all chefs and kitchen team to achieve the directions of the company.

Experienced in Vietnamese Cuisine and Language would be an added advantage.
