This role would be a 6 Months contract - extendable.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy of statistical data submitted by clients.
• Evaluate correlation among statistical data, identify trends, and summarize finding across clients and products.
• Perform ongoing reviews of billing systems, processes, and controls through the interpretation of historical financial, operational and transactional data to mitigate the risks of potential billing errors.
• Support Account Executives, Pricing Strategy and Deal team on ad-hoc data analysis and requests.
• Prepare statistical reports for publication as well as ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed.
• Participate in internal, external and self-assessment audits.

Requirement:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 3- 5 year(s) of working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of advanced Excel modules (VBA, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI etc.) is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues

The Role and Responsibilities

Your day to day may vary depending on which projects you are assigned to. Below provides examples of the types of day to day activities you may engage in on a project:

Operations - Post Trade Services

• Ensure the client is set up to trade with relevant and accurate data matched with signed agreements. (Defaults/pricing/commissions etc.)
• Transactional reporting - Investigation of breaks/ resolution of breaks impacting regulatory reporting
• Monitoring trades / work with desk to ensure trade flows downstream.
• UAT Tests - engaging with product development and IT team to assist in streamlining BAU activities. (BOTs, etc.)
• Answering queries from the clients
• BAU usually consist of trades related queries from clients, Trade settlements, booking of conversion trades/ transfers
• Liaising with external and internal stakeholder (i.e: settlement team, asset servicing team, conversion team

Client Lifecycle Management

• End to end KYC/AML and client due diligence (CDD)
• Gathering and analysing KYC documentation in accordance with the clients AML policy requirements to identify and close any gaps
• Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed on progress or bottlenecks within the end-to-end KYC review process
• Escalation to the appropriate teams where information cannot be sourced or provided / where prior exceptions have been granted on existing files and / or where additional sign off required to proceed
• Sourcing of data from approved public sources using the methods outlined in policies and procedures.
