• Identify, control, record, report, audit and verify configuration items including versions, baselines, components, attributes, and relationships between components of the solution.

Release and Deployment Management:

Release and Deployment Management activities will focus on developing, testing, and validating solution capabilities will meet stakeholder requirements.

• Minimize unpredicted impact on production services
• Use the development (Lab) environment for testing prior to production deployment
• Assist Customer/Partner Project Management with documentation of release and deployment timelines and schedules for phased production deployments

Change Management:

Change Management activities are intended to ensure that changes are recorded, evaluated, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, documented and reviewed in a controlled manner. The Change Management process should be planned in conjunction with Release and Deployment Management.

• Evaluate solution requirements and changes
• Assess risks related to changes; seek advice of the team for impacts to other products within the solution
• Represent planned changes in Change Advisory Board meetings
• Implement changes to meet customer objectives

Service Validation and Testing:

Perform validation testing of the Trellix Security solution.

• Document a set of Trellix testing activities used to perform product or solution testing
• Work with other team members to perform system validation activities prior to production deployment
• Assist with application validation testing activities
• Assist with policies, fine-tuning the alarms, rules, parsers
• Assist with creation of custom parsers if required for non-supported data sources

Event Management:

Event Management monitors events that occur throughout the Trellix SIEM infrastructure. Activities will focus on monitoring normal operations to detect and escalate exception conditions.

• Review events
• Analyse events in the overall context of the solution
• Review event filtering
• Review dashboards
• Review use cases and ensure the implemented use cases are working as intended
• Reduce false positives while balancing false negatives
• Configure server notifications
• Review automatic responses

Incident Management:

Incident Management concentrates on restoring unexpectedly degraded or disrupted service to users as quickly as possible in order to minimize business impact.

• Discuss current escalation practices and procedures

Problem Management:

Problem Management involves problem isolation, troubleshooting, and resolution. Activities related to root-cause analysis may be performed to determine and resolve the cause of incidents. Proactive activities to detect and prevent future problems are performed and reviewed with the customer.

• Assist with problem isolation efforts
• Seek advice within the team or escalate to Product Support for additional assistance

What the Role is

• Evaluate and appoint external Arts Infrastructure Masterplan Consultant

• Oversee and Work Collaboratively with Consultant to Develop the Arts Infrastructure Masterplan

• Work closely with real estate developers on arts-related concepts and developments

What you will be working on

(A) Arts Infra Masterplan

1. Planning

a. Work with senior management to form an internal working committee made up internal stakeholders, as well as an external Steering Committee.

2. Award and execution of the project

a. Finalise the tender documents, manage the tender process, evaluation and award of tender.

b. Oversee and work collaboratively with the appointed Consultant to develop the Arts Infrastructure Masterplan.

c. Facilitate regular engagement of project team with:

• NAC management and teams (and resources);

• Representatives from other government agencies; and

• External parties which could include identified artists and art groups, developers etc.

(B) Guide real estate developers on arts-related concepts and developments

• Guide real estate developers to integrate arts-related concepts into upcoming developments, to make Singapore a distinctive city filled with vibrant spaces for and inspired by the arts and unlock spaces to support arts creation, presentation and connection with audiences.

What we are looking for

1. At least 8-10 years’ experience in business development, infrastructure development.

2. Relevant experience in public sector, with familiarity in government procurement tender processes on GeBiz and high level of attention to detail for contract management is preferred.

3. Familiarity with government policy planning is preferred.

4. Strategic planner with strong organizing and planning skills, able to develop roadmaps, and provide critical guidance to consultants, informed by data and research.

5. Strong communicator and relationship builder, both with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships.

· Responsible to Restaurant Supervisor/Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager.

· Responsible for Waiter/Waitress & Host/Hostess.

· Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed including appropriate shoes (polished) and nametag at all times according to the hotels dress code & Kempinski grooming standards, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

· A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.

· All duties and tasks are performed as per the tasks required at the outlet.

· Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.

· Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned.

· Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform upselling all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives.

· Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.

· Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

· Successfully perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.

· Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.

· Report guest complaints immediately to the supervisors and ensuring follow up is performed with the guest.

· Being knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.

· Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the hotel’s policy manual and the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.

· Maintain a good rapport and work relation with staff in the assigned department and within the hotel.

· Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, departmental trainings and hotel initiated trainings scheduled.

· Undertake reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Department Head.

· Respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the hotel management.

· Assist in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.

· Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Projecting at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.

· Have a complete understanding of the monthly profit and loss statement of the department.

· Lead the service and act as a role model to the team.

· Ensure a flawless service to the highest standards and as required by the department and the hotel.

· Fully understand the concept of the restaurant and being able to act as a guardian in terms of service provided, food and beverages served and the guidance of the team.

· Ensure a great communication within the team and able to hold team meetings in the absence of the Restaurant Supervisor.

· Attend the daily Food & Beverage Meeting in the absence of Restaurant Supervisor and Assistant Restaurant Manager.

· Being able to control the service with a great sense of supervision and not being focused on one area only.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Pursues initiatives to capitalize on strengths and market opportunities, and to counter competitive threats

2. Customer Relationship Management:

3. Budget Management:

• Work closely with the HOD to develop and manage the sales budget and ensure achievement of the sales budget.
• Work closely with the AR team to optimize customer payments and minimize bad debts.
• Collaboration with the AR team to evaluate credit terms and limits to mitigate potential credit risks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience, preferably in Food industry
• Experience in managing/leading a team in Food industry
• Proven experience and track record as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior-level sales position
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Business level Korean proficiency level required to manage and outreach to Korean-speaking customer base

• Support in building and leveraging relationships with clients to identify, respond to and convert client opportunities
