Job Description:

• Provide financial advice to customers according to their needs.
• Plan out and manage investment policies to achieve clients' financial goals.
• Maintain and develop long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Capitalize on sales opportunities via customer events, financial reviews and branch engagement activities.
• Increase client base by proactively reaching out to leads from database and setting up appointments with potential clients.
• Conclude sales through referrals from colleagues.
• Attend to enquiries from walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate tax compliance and advisory client engagements within the financial services industry.
• Develop a new client portfolio, establish budgets, determine resource requirements, and direct/monitor engagements.
• Maintain ongoing interaction with clients, manage expectations, and ensure exceptional client service.
• Participate in managing a compliance group by forecasting future compliance work, delegating tasks effectively, providing coaching and training, and resolving staffing issues.
• Share knowledge to enhance professional development and service delivery. Facilitate open communication and supervise staff.
• Participate in recruiting efforts as needed.
• Assess and identify business development opportunities across various business lines.
• Build strong internal cross-functional relationships within the firm’s network.
