We are seeking an eager, motivated Immigration Financial Advisor to join our growing and unique organization. In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for an Immigration Financial Advisor under the direction of experienced personnel. • Singaporean / Singaporean PR
• Diploma and above (Local/Private)
• Any University Degree (Local or Overseas)

Job Scope

• Assist clients who are in the middle of applying for Singapore PR/Citizenship, relocating businesses, or Renew Re-Entry Permit with financial advice and planning.
• Speaking to expats regarding financial matters for the purpose of immigration.
• Provide a broad range of insurance to investment solutions and products to help meet client goals and offer in-depth guidance through Financial Planning Services.
• Build deep, meaningful relationships with clients and develop a service model to provide solutions that support their financial goals.

• Handle planning and deployment of daily transport activities and drivers
• Ensure proper submission of documentation are completed within schedule
• Report and monitor equipment breakdown and repair statues
• Ensue job request is clearly disseminated to drivers and ground issues are properly coordinated
• To plan, assign and control trucking allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• To oversee and manage a fleet of drivers to ensure safe handling & delivery of customers’ cargoes
• To ensure strict safety compliances
• Salary base on the working experience
• On site visits to customers satisfaction and feedback for operations improvements
• Responsible for vehicle and trailer upkeep and maintenance

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling equipment and manpower deployment
• Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement
• Able to handle work pressure
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Good and dynamic term player
• Familiar with Portnet
• Able to communicate with Mandarin/ English, Preferable Chinese and with experience in logistics (Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage as required to liaise with peers/joint venture from China)
