Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage facilities-related maintenance, and to oversee all maintenance issues of the building.
2. Ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works is duly carried out and coordinate with vendors/contractors/project team on building defects and outstanding issues.
3. Ensure all works deliver a quality and competent service and all contractual obligations are met.
4. Provide support, coordinate, and supervise facility management works. This includes coordination with internal and/or external parties, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
5. Act as the administrative point of contact between the managers/executives and internal/external clients.
6. Comply and adhere to all regulated protocol and/or Company’s rules and regulation.
7. Attend to defects of construction projects.
8. Attend and liaise with Managing Agents of development properties.
9. Perform other duties at time assigned by line managers.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferable in construction/building.
