• Periodic walk through; Validation of equipment status, amber lights check.
• Decommissioned of hardware inventories end of life and SME directions.
• Manual inspection of rack space under direction of SME.
• Verify Rack location in the DC, Potential server deployment rebooting of equipment and power cycle under direction of SME.
• Restart Hardware after failure under direction of SME.
• Perform Schedule Start up and shutdown hardware components.
• Connect cables from Rack to Server under direction of SME.
• Configure the RIB/ILO even after reboot.
• Perform Network troubleshooting.
• Perform RAID- Related Maintenance and troubleshooting after a drive replacement under direction of SME.
• Transport failed disk drives to a secure storage area pending eradication and return to vendor.

Responsibility

• Responsible to provide support to perform and check daily/weekly/monthly/yearly tasks to operation planning & administration sub team as team members
• Responsible to report the detail of incident and status to superiors on time without delay in case of any unexpected result of system operation team task include HO(Head Office) system
• Perform troubleshooting in systems and report the status to superior on time without delay .
• To support a project related to system operation team as project member .
• To support project from another team/section/department as instructed by superior .
• To perform any ad-hoc assignment as instructed by superior .
• To propose a solution to superior to make system operation team tasks more stable and efficient.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec studied in IT or related fields
• Preferable with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Responsible, meticulous, fast learner and able to understand the internal system process quickly
• Able to follow the internal systems thoroughly to make sure the tasks are smoothly process

Job Description

• Prepare and review the design of the Electrical Works, such as equipment sizing, cable sizing and voltage drop calculation, power system study, etc.
• Develop cost estimates for electrical equipment and electrical works.
• Develop the work schedule and coordination of the project works to ensure project is on schedule.
• Attend to FAT, supervision of the delivery, installation and testing and commissioning of electrical works.
• Handle and resolve all site technical relating matters.
• Prepare, review and assist in subcontractor design and submission, ensuring all project specifications and design standards are met.
• Prepare all relevant checklist for Installation and Testing & Commissioning Works.
• Assist and collaborate with other project team members to comply with project requirements and meet project schedules.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Attend to clients’ comments and ensure clients’ approval & acceptance to all Electrical Works related design, installation and Testing & Commissioning Works.

Requirement

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Working experience in water or wastewater
• industry will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduate is welcome.
• Experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning of the electrical works e.g., high voltage system,
• low voltage distribution system, transformers, motor starters, motors, cabling works, earthing and lighting protection system, small power and lighting system, etc.
• Good technical knowledge in understanding the Electrical System.
• Well versed in BIM software i.e. Bentley and Navisworks
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary : $2,500 -$4,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Desktop support
• Provide basic support and troubleshooting to clients, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, support routing and escalation to L2 support.
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and tracking them through resolution
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Liaise with third party vendors to coordinate client issues on specific services.
• Liaise with product manufacturers for problem escalation and resolution
• Support company for project implementation activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Studies, Information System or related course.
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in Desktop and End User support
• Experience in troubleshooting Windows and Windows installer related topics (Windows 7 above)
