Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with relevant parties and users on the repairs and adjustments of cameras

What will you do?

Technical team coordination & management

• Lead & approve the basic and detailed design of all technical aspects of an integrated solution, in line with customer and contract requirements (technical performance)
• Make sure that the project technical team delivers according to the project planning
• Monitor technical costs, make sure that the budget for the technical part is under control
• Coordinate all technical implementation activities done at factories or supplier premises and testing facilities until the project closure

Technical coordination of project stakeholders

• Work in close collaboration with Project Managers & other technical designers and engineers who take care of part of the technical scope
• Identify whether specific expertise support is needed and coordinate the expertise actions if any
• Lead and coordinate all technical aspects of the sub-contracted parts of the project, in strong coordination with the procurement team
• Act as a single point of contact for all project stakeholders regarding the technical content of the project; and ensure technical coordination among the project team

Design & Implementation: according to field of knowledge

• Perform, review some design and specification activities, by leveraging the Schneider Electric portfolio of products & systems in an optimized manner, in order to maximize profitability and limit technical risks; May perform some implementation/test activities (testing, FAT etc.)

Risk & Opportunity Management, Change management, Alert

• Identify any potential changes versus contract or already agreed design
• Work closely with the Project Manager to specify the changes and their implications for Schneider Electric (including cost impact evaluation), until getting a variation order
• Alert the Project Manager of any substantial issue that could affect the project performance or customer satisfaction

Customer interactions

• Lead technical discussions and clarifications with customers
• Act as the key and trusty contact person for all technical topics related to the project

Quality process, Methods, Tools

• Support the Project Manager to ensure full compliance with Schneider Electric processes, and with quality instructions, safety requirements, and governance principles
• Lead the technical team to correct any technical deviations or quality issues occurring during the project execution

Community of practices & Coaching

• Take part in the Technical Leaders' Community of Practice within your Execution Center, or globally within the Technical Excellence Community network
• Identify, get, formalize, share, and promote lessons learned and best practices
• Act as a role model and/or coach junior technical engineers and designers

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min 5 years in leading technical scope of projects in Power System or Electrical Distribution System application
• Working in one or several engineering application domains: Power System, Automation & Software, Telecom & IT, Cyber Security is a plus.
• Technical experience in a specific market segment (e.g., Power GRID & Utility, OGP, MMM, F&B, etc.) or in a customer application/process is a plus
• Ability to lead functional and remote technical teams
• Ability to communicate concisely and synthetically on technical issues/ topics
• Ability to read and understand applicable standards

General Scope of Work

The incumbent will report to T&C manager and part of construction team. He will provide technical support for testing and commissioning team of Otis lifts, escalators and dumbwaiters for all projects. He will be required to provide technical training for testers to raise their technical competencies.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Safety – Ensure WWJSSS implementation on site, and product safety are being checked and adhered to.

2. Quality – Implements and maintains all ISO 9000 procedures.

3. Technical -

a. Provide technical support for testers when needed

b. Responsible to perform independently and to delegate tasks effectively as necessary to make sound decisions

c. Responsible for ensuring that systems and software are functioning properly and meeting quality standards, including the knowledge and relevant skills for troubleshooting

d. Possess relevant knowledge in programming and software integration and updating. Ensuring the functions of EMS, BMS, and DCS for commissioning

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline.

2. Minimum 5 years’ similar experiences as field engineer, testing engineer, or equivalent in the lift industry.

3. Have strong technical knowledge of testing works & troubleshooting of lifts and escalators.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words, PowerPoint and Excel for technical report.

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the sales staff in presenting technical presentations of our products as well as assisting on installations of our products in both a pre and post-sales support role

Responsibilities:

· Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers

· Technical support of field service engineers and customers when required

· Evaluating and establishing vision system performance specifications

Requirements:
